HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a vital role in managing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management, along with a commitment to supporting organizational success.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing of enrollments and updates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate employee records, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing by validating timesheets, verifying data, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Address employee relations concerns, offering guidance to managers and facilitating effective conflict resolution.
  • Conduct orientations and training sessions for new hires to ensure engagement and understanding of company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and strategies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and create detailed reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements :

  • Over three years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits management and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and training for new employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining employee records.
  • Ability to handle payroll-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to address employee concerns and collaborate with management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and preparing actionable reports.
