Our Technicians Deserve the Best Benefits Pay : Pay Range : $24 – $41 / hour (based on position and experience) Shop Mechanics : $24 – $30 / hour Field Mechanics : $30 – $41 / hour Field Mechanics also receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus
