Position : Inventory Control Coordinator

Location : Dallas, TX, 75243

Duration : 3 Months

Job Type : Temporary Assignment

Work Type : Onsite

Shift Timings : Monday-Friday 5.30AM-2.00PM

Summary

This role focuses on ensuring efficient laboratory operations through inventory management, replenishment, and service support tailored to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
  • Handle stockroom activities such as receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
  • Conduct laboratory support tasks including glassware processing, biological waste handling, and chemical inventory management.
  • Deliver direct shipment orders and perform other required deliveries.
  • Use computer systems to access and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding customer concerns or issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns within defined timeframes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Analytical skills for report reconciliation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at various levels within the customer site.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use handheld scanners and enter data accurately.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
