📝 Review and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) following Legal’s clause guidelines

✅ Ensure adherence to company sourcing policies including competitive bidding and preferred suppliers

⚠️ Identify and mitigate risks in contract terms and conditions

🤝 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements

💡 Provide expert consultation on SOW structure to align with organizational goals

What We're Looking For :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

💼 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, or related areas

🛠️ Strong knowledge of procurement systems like Coupa, Ariba, or Icertis

🗣️ Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with influence across diverse teams

🧠 Analytical thinker skilled in interpreting legal and sourcing guidelines
