• Schedule : Flexible Schedule with 36 direct patient care hours per week (four 9.5 hour days or four 10 hour days); Clinic hours are 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday-Friday.
• Call Schedule : Minimal Call from Lab in Urgent situations.
• Practice Detail : Very busy practice in the Fox Valley focusing on diabetes management and general endocrine care.
• EMR System : Epic
• Facility : St Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton
• Location : Midway Clinic, Menasha WI

Ascension-Wisconsin is seeking a highly motivated and energetic, Board Certified / Board Eligible fulltime Endocrinologist to join our very busy practice in a our Midway Clinic in the Fox Valley.

Physician MD / DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Licensure is dependent on state associate works in. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
