BLS certification required. Surgical Transplant Requirements : Stepdown / PCU experience. Travel Experience. Transplant experience preferred. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. They also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay.
