PRN Caregiver Position Summary

As a PRN Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to patients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with Daily Activities : Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
• Monitor Vital Signs : Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Patient Well-being : Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Mobility Assistance : Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Meal Assistance : Assist with meals and meet patients' nutritional needs.
• Environment Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Infection Control : Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Documentation : Accurately document patient information in medical records.
