General Manager
Freddy's is looking for an experienced manager who are passionate about guest relations, employee development and business growth.
The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall efficiency, technical operation, and financial performance of the restaurant and ensures Freddy's standard of Hospitality, Quality and Cleanliness. The GM teaches management personnel the fundamentals and approach to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, hospitality, and team member retention and morale.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to) :
Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekendOn call and available to support in-store management personnelMust be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functionsWill be required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workdayWill require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladderRequired Skills and Experience :
Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a successful history of quality Guest Service, Team Building and Development of peopleComfortable in reading and using financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievementAptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficientlyAbility to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management personnelProficient in typical desktop software programsExperience in setting and maintaining inventory, schedules, use of spreadsheets, labor management and knowledge of P&L's is mandatoryAlways focused on profits and sales growthCompany Introduction
