Job Title : Supply Chain Manager

Location : LaGrange, GA

Pay : $120,000-130,000

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the Purchasing Team, reviewing priorities and performance.
• Manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing to purchase order placement.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, finance, and sales to forecast material needs.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
• Monitor vendor scorecards and address underperforming suppliers.
• Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX) to streamline purchasing operations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
