In this role, you will lead the development and governance of AI-powered knowledge content that supports internal teams, automated workflows, and customer-facing solutions. You will design, maintain, and optimize a centralized AI knowledge base, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and automation-readiness across all content. This position combines expertise in content governance, AI optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling you to have a direct impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and the successful deployment of AI-driven support solutions. You will work in a dynamic, remote-first environment with opportunities to influence processes, shape content strategy, and elevate knowledge management practices.

Accountabilities

As an AI Enablement & Knowledge Specialist, you will :

• Maintain and optimize the AI knowledge base, ensuring content formats, tone, and metadata are standardized across teams.
• Develop and enforce governance standards for AI-ready content, including SOPs, playbooks, and learning materials.
• Partner with SMEs and project teams to guide content creation and ensure alignment with AI-enabled workflows.
• Support AI system integration, operationalizing content for automated solutions and monitoring accuracy.
• Lead AI-first content initiatives, including onboarding materials, microlearning, and process documentation.
• Analyze content performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase AI resolution rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure knowledge content drives operational efficiency and consistent user experiences.
