Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at The Khoury Group in Amarillo. This role is crucial in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of safety and performance, contributing directly to our mission of excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Utilize dealership tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed on vehicles.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist in training junior technicians as needed.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in a dealership environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
