YOUR ROLE :
The Associate Director will assist in leading the Experience Analytics functional area by creating a holistic view of clients marketing performance through measurement and reporting to optimize and inform development of innovative solutions to business and marketing problems.
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Experience Analytics, this individual will manage a team of analysts and collaborate across internal multi-disciplinary teams to develop actionable insights from all campaign results in order to optimize CRM performance and strategy based on data driven results and insights. This position drives best in class applications for developing learning plans and test design, identifying KPIs based on objectives, analytics plans, results and optimization recommendations for all client campaigns while maintaining analytical rigor.
This candidate is expected to continuously seek out, learn about and actively use new technologies, tools and methodologies and be able to apply this experience to innovate new solutions aligned with client needs. Resourcefulness, curiosity, passion and fearlessness are required traits of all departmental employees.
The Associate Director plays a critical role to shape data-informed strategic frameworks, from alignment to client objectives to test design to measurable outcomes and attribution methodology that builds a business case through results and ROI. This individual is responsible for evolving best in class output, analytical rigor, innovation around campaign and media analytics, and insights generation for RAPP clients.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
