- EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital with a small ICU
- Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
- 12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option (if desired)
- 15k estimate annual patient volume
- EM physicians, 2025 EM residents, and IM / FM physicians with EM experience
