Zing Recruiting has partnered with a robotics and automation company in Hoffman Estates is seeking a 1st shift warehouse clerk to join the team!

Shift : 9am-6pm Monday through Friday

Pay : $21-$22 / HR

Warehouse Clerk Job Requirements Include :

  • Prepare, select parts and ship products as required for order.
  • Track and enter data into the computer.
  • Provide telephone support to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Perform daily cycle counts.
  • Process all receipts to appropriate stock locations including but not limited to; new, repaired and non- inventory.
  • Perform closing duties as assigned, when required.
  • Ability to drive to drop- off sites for Fed Ex and / or UPS, or similar carriers, as necessary.

Warehouse Clerk Qualifications :

  • Ability to work overtime as business requires
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Previous forklift driving experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standards.
  • Understand warehousing and distribution techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to use various hand tools.
  • Familiarity with United Parcel Service, next day mail carriers and processing CODs.
  • Ability to use basic computer and data entry skills. Good verbal communication skills.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
