Salary : 80K - 105K depending on experience

Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and serve as a key partner in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across teams.
This position reports to the Administrative Manager and collaborates with a broader administrative team across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules.
- Handle emails, calls, and other communications, prioritizing and routing correspondence appropriately.
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and reports for meetings and executive use.
- Plan and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including last-minute adjustments.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events, managing all logistics from start to finish.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared with necessary materials and briefings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage correspondence and responses on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, documents, and confidential information.
- Process and reconcile expense reports.
- Support additional senior leaders as needed with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED plus relevant experience required.Minimum 5 years of experience supporting CFO required.Oil and gas experience a plus.Prior experience in an organization with 500–1,000 employees required.Background supporting executives in a publicly traded company is required.Interview Process
