The JOB : As a Senior Internal Auditor Data Analytics, you'll play a key role in strengthening the way we work by leveraging data to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business decisions across the enterprise. You'll not only support audits with advanced analytics, but you'll also mentor colleagues, explore emerging technologies, and help shape the future of internal audit at MGM.

The DAY-TO-DAY :

• Manage and fulfill data requests by developing system reports, performing ad-hoc analyses, and converting reports as needed.
• Partner with audit teams to design and implement advanced analytics that expand audit coverage and improve efficiency.
• Conduct analytics projects and build data models in support of compliance, financial, IT, operational, and SOX audits.
• Train and mentor internal audit staff on data analytics tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, sharing concepts and building relationships across the company.
• Stay current on emerging data analytics tools, methods, and trends while pursuing continuous professional development.
