Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation and completion
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Assist with daily reports, RFIs, submittals, monthly payments for owner / subcontractors, and closeout procedures
• Prepare the project schedule and generate a 2-week look-ahead schedule
• Schedule and attend owner's meetings as required
• Assist with project monitoring, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, payments, and closeout
• Prepare payments using AIA documents for the owner
