Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of global benefits programs, including vendor relationships and compliance
Lead monthly auditing and reconciliation of benefits invoices for accuracy
Deliver accurate compliance filings and support the creation of a Benefits Portal
Required Qualifications
4+ years of progressive benefits experience in global benefits administration
Proven track record managing benefits across multiple countries
Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrated vendor management skills and proficiency with HRIS systems
Experience supporting global mobility and relocation case management preferred
