About the Role

Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our corporate team in Denver, Colorado. This is an in-person position based at our corporate office. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our diverse restaurant brands, supporting both corporate initiatives and property-level needs.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality graphics and design materials for print, digital, and social media platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive brand visuals across multiple restaurant concepts.

Design promotional materials, menus, signage, event collateral, and digital ad campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and outlets.

Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Managers to support campaigns and events.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated on design trends and recommend fresh creative approaches to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of professional graphic design experience (hospitality / restaurant industry experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.

Experience designing for both print and digital formats.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary range : $65,000 – $80,000 , based on experience.
