The role focuses on observational care in a community hospital setting, working alongside physicians who manage admissions, discharges, and procedural responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a diverse medical environment, including general medicine, acute care, women's health, and surgical services. This opportunity offers a chance to provide essential support in a dynamic healthcare setting with an average daily census of 16 patients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide observational care to patients in various hospital units
• Collaborate with attending physicians on patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Meditech EHR
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care conferences
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards are met
• Adapt to the needs of a community hospital environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
