Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations matters and navigate complex HR challenges. You will conduct thorough investigations, manage EEOC-related processes, and deliver excellent HR customer service. Experience in construction or similar industries is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
- Manage formal EEOC claims and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on complex employee matters.
- Deliver exceptional HR support and customer service to employees and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Serve as a resource for policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employee relations, including investigations.Experience managing formal EEOC claims.Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization.Construction industry experience is a plus.Why You'll Love This Role
