That's where you come in. We're looking for a LAMP web developer to join Reingold's digital experience team. This role supports building and maintaining websites in WordPress and Drupal for commercial and federal contracts. As a LAMP web developer, you are a trusted technical adviser to our clients. You understand the complexity of their industries and have a passion for developing creative solutions to help them reach and influence their audiences.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, VA or one day per week on site at our Raleigh, NC office.

Here's the work you'll do

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using the LAMP stack, following the full software development lifecycle.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support technical solutions that meet client and project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Work within digital experience's agile frameworks and tools, including Jira and Confluence, to manage tasks and collaborate effectively.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including user experience, information architecture, and search engine optimization, to deliver cohesive digital products.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present and demo newly implemented features to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Contribute creative ideas and a fresh perspective to continuously improve products and processes.
