Specialty Dental Brands is looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll support our network of practices by managing procurement operations, building supplier relationships, and helping streamline processes that drive efficiency and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full procurement process—from requisition to delivery—ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Provide procurement support for new acquisitions, rebrands, de novos, consolidations, and exits.
• Recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships across our practices.
• Support onboarding of users within SDB suppliers and ensure process compliance.
• Analyze trends in industry demand and spending to support sourcing strategy development.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and implement process improvements.
• Track and manage urgent orders to ensure timely delivery
