Floating Manager
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Floating Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of an individual store within his / her assigned area. Under the general supervision of the Area Manager, the Floating Manager assumes the operational duties of a Store Manager. He / she will provide leadership, daily support, and direction to the staff within the assigned locations.
Essential Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures and all other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties maybe assigned as needed.

Education and / or Experience : High school diploma required. AA degree or above preferred. Minimum one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills : Must possess excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to comprehend and apply principles of intermediate mathematics.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Conditions of Employment
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
