We handle all leasing, development, and property management in-house across our 1.9M square foot industrial portfolio, primarily located in the Carolinas. Our growth has been doubling in size annually, and leasing is where much of our value creation happens.
The Role
We're seeking a motivated sales individual looking to sell a great product for large commissions. This role will represent our owned properties and market vacancies as available for lease to brokers and potential tenants. You'll work with our BDR team, make direct outbound calls to prospects, and negotiate tenant buildouts while supporting our acquisition efforts. We are not requiring any broker or commercial real estate experience, but would like a proven track record of high achieving sales. This role offers significant growth potential in a company where your impact is immediately visible.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive outbound sales - make direct calls to generate broker and tenant leads and close deals
- Tenant negotiations - take time to understand tenants needs and negotiate leases with buildouts that are a win-win
- Sales operations - work with BDRs to manage data, email campaigns, market segmentation, and focus account-based marketing
- Portfolio support - assist with acquisitions and underwriting across our markets
- Relationship building - develop tenant and broker relationships primarily in the Carolinas
- Travel - visit properties regularly for tenant tours
