Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer & LMS Content Architect (Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to configure and launch a new LMS platform

Build structured, role-specific learning journeys and map competencies

Redesign existing content and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce various learning materials

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D strategy, or LMS implementation

Experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo or Absorb

Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and mobile learning

Proven ability to manage large-scale training transformations

Experience in a healthcare or compliance-heavy environment preferred
