Prolink is excited to partner with a established manufacturer in Cincinnati, OH . They are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their growing team.

PAY :

$19 – $24 / HR (depending on experience)

Opportunity for overtime

SCHEDULE :

1st Shift : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

(4-day work week, Fridays off unless OT)

ENVIRONMENT :

  • Manufacturing facility with stamping, press brake, and CNC departments
  • Fast-paced, production environment
  • Heating and air conditioning provided
  • Team-oriented culture

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints
  • Knowledge of press brake machine setup and operation
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Physical ability to lift and handle sheet metal components
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as production demands shift
  • Additional technical training or certifications in press brake operations a plus

    • Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare press brake machines for production runs, including tooling setup and selection
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine bending requirements
  • Load and accurately position metal sheets / components into the press brake machine
  • Operate machines to bend components to required angles and dimensions
  • Perform quality checks to confirm tolerances and specifications are met
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Inspect finished parts, correcting defects when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow all safety guidelines
  • Conduct regular maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition
