Position Summary

As a Parts Representative – Back Counter , you will play a key role in supporting our service department by sourcing, purchasing, and delivering parts to keep repair jobs moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers to ensure the right parts are delivered on time, every time.

Heavy-duty truck experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who bring the right attitude and drive.

What You’ll Do

  • Determine parts needed for repair orders and source from vendors
  • Receive, post, price, and deliver parts to the shop.
  • Provide accurate, timely communication to Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and customers.
  • Pull purchased parts from stock or submit emergency orders when needed.
  • Ensure parts data is accurate in our system.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and annual counts.
  • Step in to support front counter or inventory staff when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and parts areas.

  • Experience in truck parts (heavy-duty preferred, but not required).
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, industry applications).
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and work on your feet.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
