Now hiring for Nurse Managers, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Step Down, and a Cardiac Pulmonary Care Unit Nurse Manager for On site Nursing Manager positions in Brooklyn, NY.

Shift

Mon Fri, 8 hrs Day shift 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Required Qualifications

BSN degree and MSN degree is required. We are prepared to meet with a candidate who is currently enrolled in an MSN program and will be graduating in a year

Current New York State Licensed Registered Nurse

Current BLS certification required

Current ACLS and PALS certifications required as well

At least 3 5 years experience as a Nurse Manager

Progressive leadership experience required in the areas for which we are recruiting.

Preferred Qualification

Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) Certification

Ideal Candidate

Must have 3-5 years experience

Must have leadership experience

Proactive, communicative, able to work in fast-paced environment

Reporting Structure

Reports to AVP, Education and Critical Care & Telemetry, Nursing

Responsibility

Total # of FTEs 34 with another Manager ( MICU )

Total # of FTE's - 38 with another Manager (Cardiac)

Total # of FTEs 38 with another Manager
