Clinical Supervisor - Adult Intake

The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with Program Director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence-based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, leading quality performance initiatives. Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or related specialty.
• Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, with 3-5 years clinical experience.
• Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
