A company is looking for a Contract Administration Manager who will be responsible for drafting, evaluating, and executing contracts and related documents.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, evaluate, and execute various legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Collaborate with legal management on non-routine contracts and special projects
Update and maintain standard contract templates and work within the contract lifecycle management system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / experience
Paralegal education or certificate is desirable
A minimum of five (5) years of contract administration experience is strongly preferred
Previous experience negotiating vendor contracts is required
Working knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions
