A company is looking for a PEND Management Coordinator to manage PEND inventory and coordinate medical records requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound and inbound calling campaigns related to medical records requests
Retrieve and compile medical records from electronic systems for coding and distribution
Log call transactions and assist with resolving technical and scheduling issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in medical records or a related field preferred
Understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Suite applications
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently
