Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary :

As a Fiber Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating machinery that processes and loads fiber material used in the production of high-quality outdoor cushions. You'll ensure proper machine function, material flow, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties :

Operate and monitor fiber-loading machines safely and efficiently

Load and unload fiber materials into production machinery

Perform routine checks to ensure proper machine performance

Maintain clean and organized machine areas

Assist with staging materials and supporting production flow

Report any mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance

Pay : $15.00 per hour

Schedule :

Monday to Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Experience or Skill Requirements :

Previous experience operating or assisting with production machinery preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to follow safety procedures and quality standards

Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
