What You'll Bring :

• 12+ years of experience in banking and / or consulting, preferably with analytic expertise
• Bachelors degree required preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a business or analytic discipline.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives : Direct high-impact consulting and analytics projects, demonstrating thought leadership and a strategic mindset across financial services, including Cards, Retail, Consumer Lending, and Small Business.
• Client & Executive Engagement : Build and manage strong client relationships, operating effectively at the C-suite level with a focus on delivering strategic marketing and product development insights across multiple channels.
• Team Leadership & Development : Manage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability and excellence in execution.
• Business & Financial Acumen : Oversee significant P&L responsibilities, applying strong business judgment, financial planning, and quantitative analysis to drive performance and decision-making.
• Communication & Execution Excellence : Translate complex concepts into actionable strategies with strong verbal and written communication skills, while managing multiple priorities with urgency, precision, and adaptability.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
