Contra Profile : Must have a complete and professional Contra profile showcasing relevant past work and content creation samples. On-Camera Confidence : Exceptionally comfortable and engaging when speaking directly to a camera and a digital audience. Base Rate : $40 per approved video delivered. Guaranteed Monthly Earnings : A baseline of $2,400 per month for the consistent delivery of all required content (15 videos / week). Performance Bonuses (Paid Weekly) : Exceptional incentives tied to content performance within a 7-day window. 200K+ Views : Extra $200 bonus. (Bonuses are capped at $1,000 per video, with a maximum of 10 bonus-eligible videos per month.) Maximum Potential Earnings : Top-performing creators can earn up to $12,400 per month through combined base pay and performance bonuses. Elite Bonus : An additional performance bonus will be awarded to the top-performing creator across the entire campaign duration. A link to one TikTok or Instagram video you have created that you are most proud of (ideally featuring you speaking directly to the camera). Links to your primary TikTok and Instagram profiles . A brief statement indicating your strongest short-form video platform ( Instagram or TikTok ). A short, compelling statement explaining your excitement to contribute to the Indy AI launch campaign. Project Duration : Ongoing Headquarters : San Francisco, USA (This role is remote .) Budget Range : $2,400 – $4,800 / mo (Note : This range excludes significant performance bonuses, as detailed above.)

We are seeking dynamic, on-camera talent and savvy digital strategists to drive the viral adoption of Indy AI , Contra’s groundbreaking new smart assistant . Indy AI seamlessly integrates with your LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) accounts, intelligently connecting you to high-fit, high-value work opportunities within your extended professional network.
If you are comfortable creating compelling, platform-native content and are deeply connected to the pulse of TikTok and Instagram trends, this is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to monetize your on-camera expertise and join a cutting-edge AI marketing campaign .
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
As a core member of our viral content team , you will focus on high-volume, high-quality production :
- Content Production : Produce and deliver a consistent volume of 15 high-quality, short-form videos per week (equivalent to 3 videos per day on weekdays).
- Strategic Execution : Utilize provided content hooks, scripts, and concepts from the Indy AI team, adapting them with your unique creative style for maximum organic reach.
- Performance Reporting : Participate in a dedicated Slack channel for campaign updates and provide a concise weekly performance report (submitted via your Contra invoice).
- Collaboration : Attend a brief remote kickoff call and maintain efficient asynchronous check-ins via Slack.
- Invoicing : Manage all payments efficiently through weekly invoicing on the Contra platform.
