Title : MRI Technologist

Location : Columbus, OH

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night, 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)  Block Schedule (Sun–Tue)

OR

Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30) Block Schedule  (Sun–Tue)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

  • Perform inpatient and outpatient MRI imaging with focus on neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal cases.
  • Daily caseload : 35–40 patients; population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Conduct scans using Siemens MRI equipment; ensure accurate imaging for oncology, stroke workups, and trauma cases.
  • Procedures include abdomen / pelvis, chest, brain, face / neck, spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), and musculoskeletal (hip, knee, shoulder).
  • Perform special imaging procedures such as CINE, diffusion, gradient echo, perfusion, spectroscopy, MIP, MPR, T1 / T2 imaging, and post-processing.
  • Responsibilities include patient prep, administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, and use of PACS.
  • Must be willing to float within scope and cover weekends.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years MRI experience (travel experience required).
  • Certifications : ARRT (R), BLS.
  • Experience in teaching and Trauma Level I hospital preferred.
  • Knowledge of Siemens MRI systems required.
  • EPIC charting experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work weekends and 40-hour workweeks.
