Contracts Specialist (Lebanon)

Our client, located in Lebanon, TN. is looking to add a direct-hire Contracts Coordinator to their team. This is a new role that is open due to growth within the organization, and their ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of contract management experience within the construction field .

The contracts come in waves, so this position will be picking up ad hoc HR duties when contract volume is lower to include benefits administration, onboarding new hires, and assisting with employment contracts.

Duties :

• Contract Management & Compliance : Review, draft, revise, and audit customer, subcontractor, purchasing, and employment contracts; ensure compliance with company terms, legal requirements, and industry standards; track changes, collect signatures, and maintain organized contract records.
• Risk & Legal Oversight : Interpret contract language, identify potential risks, propose solutions, monitor lien notices and payment documentation, and collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
• Stakeholder & Partner Relations : Act as liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of contracts and accurate communications.
• Administrative & Support Functions : Assist with HR processes (onboarding, benefits administration, open enrollment), provide general accounting support, and review internal / external communications for accuracy and validity.

Salary : $65k-$75k based on experience
