Job Opportunity At DXS Logistics LLC

DXS Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver and assemble packages up to 300lbs with a driver helper. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Operate DOT regulated box trucks ranging from 16-26 feet.
  • Assemble packages accurately and efficiently according to provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to designated locations
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Be customer obsessed! Not only deliver packages but also smiles
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
  • Safely load and deliver packages up to 300lbs with the assistance of a ride along Helper (Team Lift)
  • Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

  • Missouri residents class E license
  • Illinois residents class C license
  • Previous box truck experience preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial driving and DOT regulations and procedures
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Navigation Skills : Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps to efficiently navigate routes
  • Smartphone Savvy : Utilize our delivery app & our phones to receive instructions, update delivery statuses, and communicate with customers
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and loading / unloading of product
