Labor Forecast Specialist

Responsible for creating Labor Forecasts in assigned Divisions, interacting with Division and Corporate staffs to obtain all pertinent detail necessary for Forecast creation. Responsible for communicating with and assisting the Labor Management Team in implementation of effective Forecasts through the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS). Responsibility as the liaison between the Division and Corporate staffs to ensure the accuracy of the Forecasts.
