Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med / Surg) unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care to a diverse adult population with a variety of medical conditions and surgical needs. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Monitor and record patient symptoms, vital signs, and medical information.

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times.
