Position Summary

As a Finance Clerk, youll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our resort operations. This position is responsible for managing daily cash and check controls, preparing deposits, and providing administrative support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other routine finance tasks.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Handling and Deposits
• Balance the safe daily and verify payments from frontline staff
• Prepare and document daily bank deposits
• Track and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal cash handling policies
• Accounts Payable Support
• Assist with processing vendor invoices and payment documentation
• Match purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Support weekly check runs and maintain vendor files
• Accounts Receivable Support
• Post payments to owner accounts and assist in follow-ups on outstanding balances
• Help generate billing reports and maintain AR documentation
• General Finance and Administrative Support
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with monthly closeouts and reconciliation tasks
• Support finance team during audits, budgeting, and special projects
