Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for successfully establishing new opportunities and managing existing customer accounts to achieve annual sales objectives. This involves prospecting and engaging new customers, managing current customer relationships, partnering with management to complete budget planning, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Understand target industries to align with Accurate Paper Box’s sales strategy
- Develop knowledge of company capabilities, products, pricing, and processes
- Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and outreach
- Create and present sales proposals and follow up with decision makers
- Resolve customer inquiries on pricing, availability, and order status
- Collaborate with internal teams on service, pricing, and margin improvement
- Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) for pipeline, SLA, and account management

Experience :5+ years in sales / customer-facing roles
5+ years in folding carton, corrugated, or flexible packagingEducation :Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience
Technical Skills :CRM system experience
