Job Description & Requirements

• CHT certification STRONGLY preferred; manager will consider traveler with no CHT IF they have extensive hand therapy experience and wanting to learn more
• Manager is flexible on shift- 4x10, 4x9 plus 1 / 2-day Friday, or 5x8 - depending on traveler needs!

The Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams. This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients / families, and facilitates continuing care planning. The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

Current Occupational Therapy license in State of Ohio.

Current Hand Therapist certification.

Current CPR certification required at the time of hire.
