A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service to attendees and exhibitors while effectively resolving issues
Ensure accurate data entry of transaction details and adhere to event guidelines and business rules
Participate in meetings and training sessions, and escalate calls to supervisors as necessary for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience required
Minimum one year experience in a customer-facing role; call center experience is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Dependable and reliable for all scheduled shifts
Strong MS Office skills and technical aptitude to learn new technology
