Litigation Paralegal

This role is pivotal in supporting the legal division by managing case files, conducting legal research, and coordinating with outside counsel. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Litigation

Manage case files and conduct initial reviews of pleadings, discovery, and motions.

Coordinate document collection, organization, and production for discovery processes.

Assist with witness and deposition preparation, including scheduling and coordination with outside counsel.

Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate with internal and external resources.

Support the management of outside counsel, including budget tracking and invoice review.

Required Skills for Litigation

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management / e-discovery software.

Strong legal drafting, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision.
