Responsibilities :

The Scrum Master will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project, and perform the following duties :

• Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
• Maintain ongoing development of the team and continue improvement of the development process, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team.
