As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to management and / or local authorities as required.Interact with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner while upholding site access protocols.Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution location.Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal policies and site requirements.What We're Looking For :
