Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide comprehensive support across all functional areas of our Talent Acquisition department. This role involves managing the entire recruiting process, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates and ensuring compliance throughout. The position operates under limited supervision, requiring some independent judgment, and may include travel to career events.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to streamline the staffing process and enhance candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, managers, and interview teams, including arranging travel accommodations and processing reimbursement requests.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 forms.
- Audit information for accuracy, completion, and compliance, and conduct new hire orientation at designated locations.
- Schedule and track drug tests and physicals for candidates.
- Monitor background check results and manage on-site files, including historical I-9 originals and job / requisition files.
- Administer or assist with employment tests as needed.
Essential Skills
Six years of experience in human resources or a related field.Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures.Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, administrative support, and customer service.Proficiency in recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer-oriented approach and ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Collaborative and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
This position is fully onsite at our corporate headquarters, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $23.41 / hr.
