Responsibilities : To help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications / Required :

• Have excellent attendance and personnel record
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work a floating schedule
• Able to speak, and write English for HACCP & SSOP documentation
• Knowledge of GMPs , SSOPs , and HACCP
• Ability to follow directions / Ability to train new associates
• Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed
• GED or equivalent
• Have knowledge of workplace safety rules
• Have proficient math and computer skills
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) or (English / Chinese) preferred
