Healthcare Customer Service Rep | Phoenix, AZ | Temp-to-Hire | $ 19 / hour | Monday – Friday 8 : 30a- 5 p | Onsite

Your new role as the Healthcare Customer Service Rep

  • Assist patients, families, and providers with inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing, claims, and healthcare services.
  • Accurately update and maintain patient records, insurance information, and account details in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Resolve patient concerns by researching issues, coordinating with internal departments, and providing timely follow-up.
  • Educate patients on healthcare benefits, payment options, and available resources to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

    • Your experience required for Healthcare Customer Service Rep :

  • Experience taking multiple calls in a customer service office setting
  • Prior Customer Service Experience in Healthcare or Insurance
  • Must be able to navigate multiple software systems

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the pay range for this position is $19.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
